Career Labs launches its first pilot in Pune

Career Labs, our structured career-awareness programme for schools, colleges and training institutions, ran its first pilot across three colleges in Pune this term.

What the pilot covered

Over a series of sessions, students worked through:

• Awareness — understanding the range of career paths open to them, beyond the handful they hear about by default.
• Assessment — a psychometric read on strengths, interests and working style, used as a starting point for conversation rather than a verdict.
• Counselling — one-on-one sessions to connect assessment results to real decisions: subject choices, further study, first jobs.

What we're taking into the next round

The biggest shift was moving group sessions earlier in the term, before students had already half-decided on a path — awareness lands differently when there's still room to act on it.
